place an order?
How soon will I receive my order?
Add items to your cart, click your shopping bag, and proceed with checkout. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please email VirtuousMode@gmail.com directly indicating the product(s) you would like including quantity and complete shipping address. You will receive a reply containing invoice with actual total including adjusted shipping based on specific region and information to make payment off-site via direct PayPal link or Square.
All domestic orders ship via USPS 2 Day Priority Mail. In stock orders typically process same day and ship the next business day. No orders will be processed from sundown Fridays to sundown Saturdays in honor of the Sabbath.

The utmost care is taken and the highest quality materials are always used to ensure that you are pleased with your purchase. Despite quality control and precautionary measures, rare random defects are however possible. Accessories and clothing are not returnable for hygienic reasons. They may be exchanged only if unworn for the same item if found defective, if there is a processing error on our end, or if damaged in shipping. As far as any candles that were previously purchased, cracking in wax and weeping may occur due to temperature changes during shipping but should bear no effect on the burn of your candle. Maintaining a trimmed, clean wick is imperative for the function and life of your candle. If you ever discover that your Virtuous Light™️ candle does not perform properly after referring to and adhering to enclosed care instructions, please do not hesitate to contact us to remedy the issue. Any candle found to be defective or damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to right any issues and file claims with the post office as necessary on our end. Notification of shipping damage of any product is required within 24 hours of receipt. ALL CLOSEOUT ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Our priority is to guarantee that your expectations are met.
